UHC Rewards increasing to $1,000 effective 1/1/2027
New Member ID Cards Coming January 1, 2027: All HMO members will receive a new ID card as part of the system migration. Members should begin using their new ID card immediately upon receipt and present it at all medical, pharmacy, and facility visits to help ensure accurate eligibility verification and claims processing.
